SkillsNCR WorkReadySkillsNCR GCC Academy
GCCs increasingly combine technology, data, AI, business operations, domain knowledge and global stakeholder work. SkillsNCR GCC Academy is a planned WorkReady pathway for practising that work through enterprise-style assignments, reviewed evidence and role specialisation.
Planned pathways within WorkReady — discuss fit; not open enrolment.

Final-year students, graduates, early-career professionals and career switchers may explore whether an Academy pathway fits.
Suitability depends on starting capability, target role, prerequisites and available practice time. An introduction to a track is not the same as deep specialisation.
GCC Academy pathways are planned specialist programmes within WorkReady. They do not imply employer accreditation, endorsement or guaranteed employment.
India’s GCC ecosystem increasingly includes end-to-end product, platform, analytics, finance, operations and transformation work. Employers therefore need more than isolated tool knowledge: technical execution increasingly sits alongside domain understanding, business judgement, communication and professional ownership.
These figures are third-party market research. SkillsNCR did not measure or validate them, and they are not SkillsNCR outcomes.

Both pathways share foundation themes. Professional 180 adds time for specialisation, repeated projects and portfolio review. Transfer or credit between them is not automatic.
3 months
A three-month pathway combining professional foundations, business and digital practice, and an introduction to a selected role specialisation. Bring the learning together through a reviewed project and stakeholder simulation.
6 months

Technical skills matter alongside clear communication, business judgement, responsible use of AI and the ability to work with others. Each pathway combines these foundations with practice relevant to a selected role.
Business English, listening, writing, presentations and stakeholder conversations.
Workplace behaviour, presence, feedback and working across cultures.
Structured problem solving, commercial judgement and decision quality.
Excel, SQL, BI and analytical practice relevant to the role.
Using AI productively while checking outputs and disclosing assistance.
Deeper practice in a selected GCC role family after shared foundations.
Academy practice is organised around work someone can complete, explain, operate inside, improve, present and revise. Status language stays qualitative (for example demonstrated or developing) — not a numerical “GCC readiness score”.
Can the learner complete the work?
Can the learner explain what they did and why?
Can the learner work within process, controls, deadlines and team structures?
Can the learner identify and implement a better approach?
Can the learner communicate the work to a stakeholder?
Can the learner respond to review and improve the next iteration?
These are planned learning outputs, not reported learner results. Select a pathway to review its months in full width.

GCC Ready 90. A three-month pathway combining professional foundations, business and digital practice, and an introduction to a selected role specialisation. Bring the learning together through a reviewed project and stakeholder simulation.
After shared foundations, learners select one specialisation. Tracks are planned curriculum directions within a pathway — not separately bookable courses today.
Track availability depends on cohort design, learner fit and delivery capacity.

Delhi NCR is an established GCC market, particularly for corporate-services and multi-functional operations. That makes Gurugram a credible location for enterprise-work exposure, practitioner interaction and workplace-style capability development.
Major organisations operate GCCs in Gurugram/NCR; examples from public market evidence are context only and do not imply partnership with or endorsement of SkillsNCR.

Academy delivery plans are distinct from current WorkReady Online and Gurugram formats and investment on the WorkReady page.
Proposed framework: baseline discussion, recurring work review, monthly checkpoints and a final portfolio conversation. Observable work and explanation matter more than a single written exam.
Pass marks, weightings and external certification recognition are not defined here.
Build a record of problems explored, work produced, feedback received and improvements made. Portfolio items depend on the chosen pathway and role track.
What was being solved and for whom.
What you owned and how you worked with others.
The work product and supporting artefacts.
Why you chose the approach you did.
What changed after review.
What remains open and what you would improve.
